For walkers and nature lovers, Glentromie is a stunning spot.

There are many walks straight from the lodge, from just a short stroll to a days hike or more. Glentromie lies within travelling distance to a number of Munroes and the 10 mile glen road offers some great biking and links to some of the mapped cycle paths.

The grounds around the lodge are rich in ancient flora and fauna including fungi, orchids and daffodils. We keep our grounds natural to encourage wildlife including bees and small birds.

The Cairngorms National Park is a Designated Dark Skies Location – learn more here.
